Events outside Scents from Norra Norrland AB's control must be considered force majeure. The price that applies applies at the time you place your order.

Delivery

Usually, the item will be shipped from us within 2 business days of receiving the order. If the item is not in stock this is our routine: We will contact the customer as soon as we can for information on when the product can be delivered

Payment

In the event of a product being sold out, Scents from Norra Norrland AB has the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts paid in the best way.

Complaints and right of return

If there is a defect in the item, you should notify us in writing of the defect within a reasonable time after discovering it. We will then inform you on how to proceed (the rules on complaints are in the Consumer Purchases Act). An item returned must be in unbroken packaging.

The right of return applies for 14 days from the receipt of the goods as a buyer, in accordance with the law on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises (SFS 2005: 59). If you wish to undo the purchase and return the item in substantially unchanged condition and unpacked packaging, you will be refunded the purchase price for the item, including shipping costs. Return rights apply only to unused products in unbroken packaging.

Shipping

Check the delivery so that it matches the order. If you notice any damage to the product, we want you to contact us as soon as possible. Please contact us before returning product or order.
